1. How much do you charge?
For Vacation Pet Sitting, we offer Standard (30 minute) visits for $29/visit and Extra Love (45 minute) visits for $34. Feline Social Enrichment Sessions are $29/visit if you purchase one session at a time. However, if you sign up for a package deal (5 days a week), the price drops to $27/visit.
2. What's the difference between Vacation Pet Sitting and Feline Social Enrichment Sessions?
Vacation Pet Sitting is for pet parents who will be gone from their homes traveling (ie: vacation, work). These visits must include a start and end date and include essential things like food/water, scooping litter boxes, taking dogs out for bathroom breaks, and medication administration. The Feline Social Enrichment Sessions are for cat parents who work during the day and return home every evening but do not have the time for interactive play with their cats. That's where we come in! We provide social enrichment through interactive play and dedicated affection so your cats do not become bored and, in turn, become destructive or even aggressive towards you or other pets in the home.
3. What kinds of pets do you sit?
Cats, small/medium size dogs, fish, birds, and small mammals. No reptiles!
4. Are there certain breeds or size dogs you don't care for?
For our safety, we do not care for large breed dogs. We cannot, in good conscience, put our pet sitters in a situation where the dog they are caring for could easily overpower them. We also consider the individual temperament and behavior of each dog. During the Meet & Greet, the sitter will interview both the owner and the pet to determine if they will be a good fit. Dogs that display aggressive, possessive, or dominant tendencies will not be accepted.

6. Do you offer specific appointment times?
We operate within time blocks. We do not guarantee specific appointment times. For Vacation Pet Sitting, morning time blocks are between 8 am to 10 am and afternoon time blocks are between 3 pm to 5 pm. Feline Social Enrichment Sessions are only offered once a day (Monday through Friday) between the hours of 12 pm and 2 pm. If your pet has a specific medical need, please alert your sitter, who will be glad to work with you to set up a specific schedule. Otherwise, please ensure both you and your pets are comfortable with these time blocks before requesting services.
7. What does it mean you are insured and bonded?
A dishonesty bond gives you peace of mind that you will be reimbursed if anything is stolen from your home. A liability insurance policy protects from financial loss in the event we are liable for accidents that occur while caring for our clients' pets. Any responsible, professional business should carry liability insurance.
8. How do you accept payments?
Payments must be made through our pet sitting software, Time to Pet. All major credit/debit cards are accepted through this portal. *A credit card processing fee is added on to all final invoices.
9. Do you offer dog walking too?
No, we do not offer dog walking services.
10. Will you give my pet medication?
Yes. However, we do ask that you show your pet sitter during the Meet & Greet which medication needs to be administered, how they must be administered, and provide your sitter with detailed instructions on dosage. Snuggle Bug Pet Sitting, LLC reserves the right to deny services if it is determined that a pets' behavior will make medication administration impossible.
11. What is your cancellation policy?
A client must cancel services with at least a 24 hour notice in order to be eligible for a refund (minus deposit and credit card processing fees) or a credit for future services. Otherwise, their payment is forfeited.
12. Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We have a "Refer and Save" program. If you refer someone to us and they book our services, you get one free visit off your next booking! So the more you refer, the more you save. 💲💲
13. How are you different from other pet sitting services?
